SCHOOL YEAR 2020-2021
If you would like to register for an Open Door center in your child’s school, you may download a printable registration form by clicking Register Now. Complete the form and submit it to the Open Door office at 518 Virginia Avenue, Towson, MD 21286.
If you would like to register through our parent portal, and you are a current family, please go to myprocare.com and sign-in with your email on file and complete the re-registration process.
If you would like to register online through our parent portal, and are a new family to Open Door, please select the link below that corresponds to the county of your child’s school location. Please note that registration in some centers for new families is only available according to the schedule below:

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and many centers fill early. You must receive confirmation from the Main Office before your children may begin care.
PLEASE ALLOW 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING OF REGISTRATIONS.
Fees are payable in advance of care. For 2019-2020 there are ten monthly fees of equal amounts. The first payment will be due August 1. Subsequent payments are due the 15th of the month beginning September 15 and ending May 15. A 10% discount is available when more than one child in a family attends the same center. Automatic credit card payment is available.
The Child Care Scholarship (CCS) (formerly known as Child Care Subsidy) Program provides financial assistance with child care costs to eligible working families in Maryland. The program is managed through a centralized vendor – Child Care Subsidy Central (CCS Central).
Open Door provides quality school age child care, recognizing the role of that care in today’s families.
