Schedule Changes and Withdrawals

A two-week written notice is needed to withdrawal or make a schedule change. All schedule adjustments requiring a refund will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. To request a schedule change or withdrawal from the program you may do one of the following:

• Call the Open Door Administrative Office at 410-825-6300 and request a form be sent to you.
• Download a Schedule Change or Withdrawal from Program form and mail or fax it to the Open Door Administrative Office.
